Hiring: Quality Manager Company: Allient Location: Tulsa Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:08:31 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Quality Assurance About the job Experience: •10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven track record in leading a quality department Required Skills: •Serves as the primary quality assurance resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement. •Supports concurrent engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing quality assurance and the customer. •Establishes and supports measurement metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and Environmental (+QDIP(E)) for system effectiveness and to enable managers to make sound product / process quality decisions. •Establishes collection and analysis systems of statistical data to predict trends that will affect improvement of product and process quality and environmental systems. •Trains employees as to their impact in the quality, environmental and safety management system. •Establish, document, and maintain quality standards for all manufacturing processes across all cells and disciplines •Oversee adherence to quality standards throughout all production processes. •Lead the coordination of the Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) process Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree, in Mechanical, Electrical or Quality Engineering.
