Hiring: Quality Manager (Specialty Gases) Company: American Welding & Gas Location: Beaumont, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:33:07 Target Skills & Keywords : Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, records, and quality metrics. •Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state/local regulations, and customer-specific requirements. •Lead internal, supplier, customer, regulatory, and QMS audits. •Manage nonconformances, CAPAs, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and effectiveness reviews. •Manage supplier qualification, approval, performance, and quality documentation. •Oversee customer complaints, investigations, quality agreements, and customer audits. •Partner with Production, Laboratories, Distribution, and Sales on quality, regulatory, change control, validation, and process improvement initiatives. •Develop and maintain quality training programs and employee competency records.
