Required Skills: •Quality Management System (QMS) •Develop, maintain, and improve the company Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements. •Maintain documented procedures, work instructions, quality records, and process controls. •Lead internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits. •Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. •Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems and ensure timely closure of quality issues. •Establish and monitor quality standards for Duro-Last production processes. •Monitor process capability, SPC data, and production trends to reduce variation and improve consistency. Qualifications: •Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. •Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. •Strong communication and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional teams. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. •Manufacturing and laboratory environment with routine exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, heat, and raw materials. •Combination of office, laboratory, and production floor responsibilities. •Occasional travel may be required for supplier visits, customer meetings, or audits.
