Required Skills: •Lead and oversee establishing, deploying, and sustaining a world-class quality management system for the Home Run facility. •In This Role You Will Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline. •Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001-based quality management system and leading internal or external audits. •Demonstrated ability to use quality data and KPIs to identify risk, establish priorities, and drive sustained results. •Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
