Required Skills: •This role reports to: Director of Manufacturing / Plant Manager •Lead all Quality Management System (QMS) activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UL, IEC, and customer-specific requirements for microinverter and battery energy storage products. •Develop and execute quality strategies that improve First Pass Yield (FPY), reduce scrap, minimize customer returns, and improve overall manufacturing performance. •Establish and maintain quality control plans, inspection standards, sampling plans, and process controls across SMT, PCBA, assembly, test, packaging, and battery module production. •Drive root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis tools to eliminate recurring issues. •Manage non-conforming materials and products, including MRB disposition, containment actions, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). •Partner with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Supply Chain, and NPI teams to ensure robust product launches and process qualification. •Lead supplier quality initiatives, including supplier audits, incoming quality performance, corrective actions, and supplier development programs. Qualifications: •Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
