Required Skills: •Quality Leadership & Management Systems •Lead and manage the site's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. •Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, specifications, work instructions, and supporting documentation. •Oversee quality metrics and reporting, identifying trends and driving corrective actions to improve overall performance. •Manage customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs. •Lead internal quality audits and support external customer and regulatory audits. •Ensure testing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and capable of delivering accurate and reliable results. •Maintain product certification records, quality documentation, and material approval processes. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline. •Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality auditing, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. •Proficiency with data analysis and quality performance metrics. •Solid functional working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other quality improvement tools preferred. •Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
