Required Skills: •We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the quality and safety standards of our food manufacturing processes. This role is integral to ensuring our products meet regulatory, customer, and industry standards. •Implement, execute, and promote food safety through Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Security Measures, Housekeeping, and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP). •Ensure compliance with FDA cGMP (21CFR Part 110), EXCiPACT, and BRC standards. •Direct quality program planning and coordination to meet customer specifications. •Manage laboratory operations, supporting the QA/QC Supervisor in planning and scheduling. •Provide developmental and annual training to the quality team in quality techniques and tools. •Ensure a safe working environment for all quality employees. •Communicate facility quality performance to management, operations, and warehouse staff.
