Required Skills: •Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System. •Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer requirements, FAR/DFARS, and applicable government contract requirements. •Lead internal, customer, registrar, and government audits. •Manage nonconformances, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and quality escapes. •Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection. •Monitor supplier quality and corrective actions. •Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and government representatives. •Track quality metrics, including defects, scrap, rework, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
