Required Skills: •Quality Management Systems •Direct the company’s Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards to meet customer-specific requirements and any applicable regulations. •Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, control plans, PPAP, PFMEA, training documents and other required customer-specific documentation. •Manage document control systems, procedures, and records. •Oversee calibration systems, equipment, and associated quality processes. •Coordinate Management Review Meetings and drive follow-up actions. •Support implementation, maintenance, and verification of quality system requirements. •Lead internal audit programs Qualifications: •Degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials or related engineering field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant quality experience •A minimum of 5 years of progressive quality engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret drawings, GD&T, customer specifications and dimensional tolerances •Knowledge of inspection methods, process controls, and quality documentation. ] •Demonstrated leadership, training, and team development skills. •Demonstrated capacity to lead strong problem-solving and root cause analysis actions •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based quality reporting tools •Automotive industry quality experience a plus.
