Hiring: Quality Manager - Customer Quality and Direct Source Company: Eaton Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 14:23:21 Target Skills & Keywords : CPT, Root Cause Analysis, SAP About the job Experience: •5 years of QA experience in electrical devices manufacturing •Minimum 5 years of QA experience in electrical devices manufacturing Required Skills: •Multi-site collaboration with Menomonee Falls, Haina, Coamo, Juarez, Bonn, all warehouses. •Cross functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, finance, legal, EESS, and customers. Kholds, eWarfs, customers escalations, problem solving projects. •Manage the daily interaction and collaboration with teams in EMEA region. •Special Projects including Reliability, Warranty analytics, SAP adaptation, training, factory process moves, vendor support, audits. •Subject matter expert, EWCS administrator, factory moves, continuous improvement, Khold process, High Severity Customer Quality Escapes (HSCQE), A3 and problem solving and root cause corrective action. •Manage processes for warranty returns for Menomonee Falls and ICD, and mentor factory QA personnel. •Issue and support eWarfs and Kholds for ICD division and train factories on the process. •Lead the PIC laboratory and personnel driving continuous improvement. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution •No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
