Hiring: Quality Manager Company: Eaton Location: Cleveland, TN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:01:14 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Elasticsearch, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma About the job Experience: •5+ Years of Quality, Engineering, or Operations facing experience •2+ years of direct people leadership experience Required Skills: •Direct quality personnel and prioritize quality functions of the plant. •Lead a quality planning activity through the product development / launch cycle. •Establish inspection and testing plans for product development. •Lead internal/external ISO/EQMS audits. •Develop and analyze statistical data and product / process specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability requirements for finished products. Ensures Production Part Approval Processes, First Article inspection and customer specific requirements are performed and/or achieved as required •Perform root cause analysis - support problem solving and continuous improvement efforts by bringing attention to quality problems, participating on improvement teams, and working with front end, design, quality and production personnel to resolve problems. •Develop quality control documentation for production,, and ensure the implementation of the quality documents. •Lead the plant in the development of key process Control Plans.
