Hiring: Quality Lead Company: Menasha Corporation Location: Alsip, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:25:17 Target Skills & Keywords : Root Cause Analysis, Workday About the job Experience: •3-6 months related experience or training •Monday through Thursday - 3:30pm - 2:30am Required Skills: •Represent the Quality Department in a positive and consistent manner •Thoroughly understand and be able to perform regular Quality Audits in production lines •Complete required documentation correctly and accurately •Train Quality Team in their functions •Ensure and manage proper distribution of workload for Quality Team •Follow, train, and enforce company processes and procedures •Participate in and/or facilitate internal/external audits •Lead and oversee verification of all production records (PTS) cross shift Qualifications: •Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner •Demonstrated capacity to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business •Demonstrated capacity to work on a rotating shift as needed •Demonstrated capacity to effectively work in teams •Demonstrated capacity to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people •Demonstrated capacity to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles •Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with individuals associated with subject matter, as well as communicate findings to other quality representatives •Demonstrated capacity to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure •Demonstrated capacity to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple and/or complex/highly detailed tasks •Must be detail oriented and pay close attention to accuracy Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
