Required Skills: •The incumbent technician will be an integral part of manufacturing processes working directly with associates and leads in a work cell. •They will prepare all required FXI and customer documentation to provide visibility of product status. •Perform daily foam tests for the Lab. •Must be able to cut detailed test samples, perform data entry, issue certification of compliance to customers. •Must be able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including weekends. •Effectively communicate with plant associates and Managers. •Compliance with all plant rules •Follow appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and safety procedures Qualifications: •Reading comprehension skills to understand written communication. •Must work with high voltages and around moving equipment. •Lift 60 lbs. from floor, bend, twist, climb, and crawl and able to work at heights. •Attention to details and good math skills required. •Two-year technical degree is preferred.
