Hiring: Quality Inspector Company: Pole/Zero Corporation Location: West Chester, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:03:39 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Required Skills: •Position is responsible for inspecting electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering documents, work instructions, customer specifications and industry standards. •Verify conformance and write nonconformance reports when discrepancies are found. •Verify rework/repair has been completed in accordance with specified requirements. •Report inspections and move product in the proper system. •Stamp/sign off on inspection steps upon completion, approving and releasing the product for shipment. •Interface with production and engineering on production and product problems. •Assist production by providing explanations and/or instructions on quality issues and production issues. •Work closely with quality engineering and manufacturing engineering to improve the process and design for manufacturability. Qualifications: •Proficient ability to utilize a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite software package. •Able to manage time and priorities effectively. •Demonstrated capacity to demonstrate effective written and spoken communications skills. •ISO9001 and AS9100 training, preferred. •Must be able to use basic hand tools/gauges. •Must be able to use microscope.
