Required Skills: •Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections on parts, assemblies, and materials. •Verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and work instructions. •Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records. •Identify nonconforming material, initiate NCRs, and support corrective action processes. •Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. •Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain quality system compliance. •Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, including DoD contractor policies. •Participate in and lead safety training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
