Required Skills: •Inspect and test products for quality defects using a variety of inspection •Report quality issues and concerns to various departments •Ensure all equipment, guards, and safety devices are in place at all times, and follows safe work procedures and safety rules. •Audit various applications to product to ensure SOP specifications are met •Control non-conforming product by identifying and isolating defective material •Analyze spoilage, record causes, and take corrective actions where applicable. •Monitor processes and reports all problems to supervision through interaction and required paperwork. •Follow all SOP requirements and intercedes or challenges proper personnel when defects are present in production runs.
