Hiring: Quality Inspector (1st Shift) Company: HuFriedyGroup Location: Northbrook, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:35:42 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly About the job Experience: •1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and or Quality experience. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret blueprints •Demonstrated capacity to generate detailed, high-quality documentation •Demonstrated capacity to work with others in analyzing and solving technical problems. •Attention to detail and ability to interpret written instructions Required Skills: •Work schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm •Conduct component and assembly incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to appropriate standards utilizing blueprints and inspection measurement equipment. •Perform product testing utilizing various production qualification equipment. •Identifies, segregates and documents rejected components and materials. •Participates on a Material Review Board to review and process non conformance reports. •Enters and retrieves inspection and NC data from local and global systems. •Reviews related Quality documentation such as DHR’s or calibration records. •Supports local problem solving activities and may identify opportunities for improvement.
