Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and test plans for transformer manufacturing processes. •Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. •Monitor manufacturing quality performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. •Review and disposition nonconforming materials, components, and finished products. •Lead containment activities for quality-related production issues. •Analyze quality trends and recommend corrective actions to improve product conformity and process capability. •Support final inspections, customer inspections, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities. •Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related technical discipline. •Strong knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing quality principles. •Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies. •Operational familiarity with quality tools including FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and CAPA. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. •Previous oversight of the maintenance of quality documentation, such as SOPs, Quality Log, Quality Alerts, and Customer Service documents. •Preferred Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE); ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA); Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification. •Understanding of transformer manufacturing processes and/or electrical equipment assembly is a plus. •Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational change.
