Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support maintenance and auditing of quality records, including nonconformances, corrective actions, inspection results, and test data. •Assist with internal audits and quality system compliance activities. •Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action projects using structured problem-solving methods. •Collect, analyze, and report quality and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. •Create and maintain quality reports, charts, and dashboards to support operational decision-making. •Interface directly with production, engineering, and inspection teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards. •Assist in product validation, process qualification, and testing activities. •Support investigations related to customer complaints, product nonconformances, and material review board (MRB) activities. Qualifications: •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles. •Operational familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to collect, organize, and analyze data. •Strong communication and teamwork skills. •Eagerness to learn and develop technical and quality engineering expertise. •Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field required. •Six Sigma Green Belt certification or coursework is a plus. •Candidates pursuing quality-related certifications are encouraged to apply.
