Required Skills: •Conduct part-specific quality planning for new parts following the Quality Control Manual (QCM). •Develop work instructions based on customer specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards. •Approve part routers in accordance with PCC procedures and customer specifications. •Review and align customer specifications with PCC capabilities, negotiating adjustments when necessary. •Evaluate and process all non-conforming material using the Report of Non-Conformance (RNC) system. •Submit non-conformance reports to customers and negotiate appropriate dispositions. •Initiate corrective action requests (RCAs) from internal and external customers to resolve quality issues. •Review returned goods (RGs) to determine if returns are valid or non-valid. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, or related field).
