Provides suggestions for improvements and assist in implementing changes. •Creates, implements and oversees the development of quality standards/metrics. •Develops quality control systems designed to ensure final products meet customer specifications and performance requirements. •Provides technical expertise to other AAON team members when needed. •Audits quality manufacturing and test procedures, interacts with quality team members and manufacturing personnel to ensure quality processing and testing of all products. •Works with Engineering, Sales, Warranty, and Field Service personnel to resolve customer complaints and address field service technical problems. •Plan, coordinate, analyze and report quality issues, key performance indicators and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. •Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred but not required. •Communicates effectively in written and spoken form. •Exhibits good decision-making and problem solving abilities. •Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills. •Works effectively in a team environment. •Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. •Able to set tasks and direct the work of others. •Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
