Required Skills: •Develop, implement and maintain quality management processes and documentation (QMS) including EMS and ISO-related requirements. •Lead and support Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects to reduce variation, defects and costs. •Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using methods such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys. •Plan and execute internal and supplier quality audits; follow up on nonconformances to closure. •Create and maintain control plans, inspection criteria, and process capability studies (SPC). •Support new product introduction activities with DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, APQP and verification/validation plans. •Monitor, report and analyze quality metrics (DPPM, yield, OEE, NCRs) and present findings to stakeholders. •Train production and cross-functional teams on quality standards, EMS requirements and best practices. Qualifications: •Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). •Proven experience with EMS (Environmental Management System) implementation and maintenance; familiarity with ISO 14001 is preferred. •Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred) and practical experience leading DMAIC projects. •Strong knowledge of quality principles and tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, root cause analysis, CAPA). •Applied hands-on capability in quality data analysis and statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel). •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience driving cross-functional change. •Email Your Resume In Word To Jen. •Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
