Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support development and implementation of quality control systems, inspection methods, and validation processes. •Conduct product and process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. •Lead and support First Article Inspections (FAI), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, and validation efforts. •Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve product quality and operational performance. •Investigate quality issues and nonconformances using structured root cause analysis methods. •Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues. •Utilize quality metrics and data to monitor performance and drive improvements. •Support risk assessment activities including FMEA and other quality planning tools. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or another STEM-related field preferred. •ASQ Certification or equivalent quality experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
