Hiring: Quality Engineer II Company: Trex Company Location: Winchester, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:14:39 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Six Sigma About the job Required Skills: •Lead and foster our “people first” culture. •Lead cross-functional teams to improve product quality. •Work closely with Quality Manager to update and execute Trex’s Quality Management System. •Organize and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive to resolution. •Establish SPC and visual management in manufacturing operations. •Lead and oversee technical expertise concerning Trex service issues from internally and externally generated queries and as a field representative with some supervision from the supervisor. •Customer quality complaint data collection and analysis. •Color variation reporting by plant and trend analysis.
