Required Skills: •Develop and implement quality controls to ensure manufacturing processes consistently meet product specifications and regulatory requirements. •Lead root cause investigations for nonconformances, process deviations, and quality events. •Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness. •Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen manufacturing quality, reliability, and efficiency. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes, documentation, and inspection methods. •Support new product introduction and process development by integrating quality requirements into production workflows. •Support receiving, in-process, and final inspections of materials, components, and assemblies. •Verify that manufacturing work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and procedures. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. •Applied hands-on capability in inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measurement equipment. •Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
