Required Skills: •Support quality for current and future manufacturing requirements and determine the most effective methods to improve productivity through the management of people and technology. •Excellent company culture – as recognized by Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces •Clean and climate controlled working environment •Great benefits including paid vacation and sick time, 401K match, Employee Stock Purchase Program, annual bonus plan, and tuition reimbursement •Review and analysis of the customer PO to assure compliance. •Requires collaboration and coordination with other functional groups as well as weekly progress updates to communicate status of open action items. •Assist cross functional teams in problem investigations. •Recommend more efficient and quality-oriented processes in support of continual improvement Qualifications: •Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes together with work measurement and work standards. •Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required. •Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities. •Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired. •Intermediate level of computer skills in email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project and MRP/ERP. •Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business. •Negotiation and conflict management skills together with demonstrated experience troubleshooting and problem-solving. •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task efficiently and adapt within a rapidly changing environment. •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. •Prior experience with ISO or AS environments a plus.
