Required Skills: •Establishes working relationships with stakeholders and builds rapport to become a trusted advisor. •Actively facilitate and support pre-launch phase of the programs or projects to ensure all the essential customer requirements are documented and controlled. •Develop and manage an effective PFMEA and Control Plan that focuses on prevention, early detection, and in-process or post-work inspection for designated business processes. •Collect, measure, and analyze complex data to identify continual improvement opportunities for internal performance metrics as well as key performance indicators to ensure business excellence. •Support and participate in internal, external or customer audits. •Initiate and facilitate CAPA meetings (Corrective Action / Preventive Action) to drive Containment, Root Cause, and effective Corrective Actions to mitigate recurrence. •A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting a Quality Management System (QMS). •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, set priorities and manage time effectively. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree within Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
