Required Skills: •Own the quality department and ensure compliance with all quality management processes and procedures. •Develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 requirements. •Lead, mentor, and develop quality personnel to build a high-performing quality team. •Establish and maintain inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality standards for products and processes. •Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM), Zeiss equipment, and precision measuring tools to perform and validate inspections. •Interpret and analyze engineering blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy and product conformance. •Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA) for internal issues, customer complaints, and audit findings. •Manage nonconforming product processes, including documentation, disposition, and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications: •ASQ certification such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), CQM/OE (Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence), or a related credential. •Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and structured problem-solving frameworks. •Interest in working with high-impact components and advanced inspection technologies. •Desire to contribute as a key member of a growing operation during facility expansion. •This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.
