Required Skills: •Review, interpret, and apply customer specifications, engineering drawings, industry standards, and contractual quality requirements. •Provide guidance to Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams on implementing processes that meet customer and industry requirements. •Analyze quality data using statistical methods to identify trends, evaluate process performance, and drive improvement initiatives. •Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gage R&R studies, bias, linearity, and stability evaluations. •Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability studies (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk). •Lead investigations of product, process, supplier, and customer nonconformances. •Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. •Develop, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. •In-depth knowledge of quality systems, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. •Demonstrated experience conducting Gage R&R and other Measurement System Analysis studies. •Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab, JMP, or equivalent. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and technical standards. •Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Operational familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, and aerospace customer requirements. •Knowledge of NDT methods including PT, MT, UT, and RT. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
