Must have ISO/TS 16949 experience. A thorough understanding of advanced SPC, D.O.E.’s, FMEA’s, Control Plans, Process/Product capability analysis, APQP, and Specific Customer Requirements. Minitab Statistical Software Preferred but not Required. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain ASQC Certificate Required Skills: •To provide technical knowledge of customer requirements and needs, to ensure the Quality systems are implemented, maintained and adhered to in such a manner as to ensure that customer expectations are met. •Active participation in Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) for products and processes in assigned areas. •Regulate and update the process control documents in assigned areas •(i.e. Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, Product and Process Inspection Plan, Measurement system work instruction). •Act as Customer liaison. Communicate containment and corrective actions to the customer using the applicable method (i.e. G8Ds, PRR, NCT, eCIMS, SCAR, F-M TiPS). •Coordinate special containment activities at the customer site and follow up on results until permanent corrective action validation. •Initiate and lead a cross-functional team to effectively identify root cause analysis on all internal and/or external problems. Conduct corrective action follow-up, as well as lessons learned read-across on similar processes/products. •Perform root-cause analysis on all internal and/or external problems using statistical problem solving methods (i.e. D.O.E., ANOVA, Regression Analysis) to prevent its re-occurrence.
