Hiring: Quality Coordinator Company: Global Power Components Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 18:15:49 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Microsoft Excel, Quality Assurance, Root Cause Analysis About the job Required Skills: •Perform and support in-process and final quality inspections of manufactured products and components. •Review inspection documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal quality requirements. •Maintain and organize quality records, inspection reports, non-conformance documentation, and quality documentation retention systems. •Coordinate document control activities, including revision management, distribution, archival, and retrieval of quality records. •Ensure production personnel have access to the latest approved drawings, specifications, inspection plans, and work-related quality documentation. •Manage and maintain the calibration program for measuring tools, gages, and inspection equipment. •Coordinate calibration and repair services with external vendors and internal stakeholders. •Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment remains in compliance with scheduled calibration requirements. Qualifications: •Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. •High school diploma or equivalent with relevant manufacturing quality experience will be considered. •Operational familiarity with blueprint reading, manufacturing drawings, and technical specifications. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to identify, document, and communicate quality issues effectively. •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. •Effective verbal and written communication skills. •Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
