Hiring: Quality Control Technician Company: Work at County Location: Oconomowoc, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:29:00 Target Skills & Keywords : Risk Management About the job Required Skills: •Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during production of materials and products •Inspects materials, parts, and products at different stages of production •Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes •Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the concrete industry •Regularly observes the production process, including setup, casting, stripping, and storage of product •Interface directly with production to identify and resolve quality issues related to casting and concrete performance •Manage housekeeping to ensure a safe workplace. Qualifications: •Concrete plant and/or quality control experience highly desired. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret shop drawings and job specifications. •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. •Preferred PCI Level I certification or the ability to obtain certifications as directed by leadership. •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. •Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions. •Work near moving machinery and equipment. •Work in a noisy environment. •Typical work hours/shifts: Monday through Friday, occasionally Saturdays.
