Hiring: Quality Control Manager Company: Ethic Tech, LLC Location: Huntsville, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:34:05 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Secret Clearance, Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an Electronic Security Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee the testing, inspection, and compliance of electronic security systems-such as access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems-to ensure installations meet strict quality and contract standards. •Quality Program Management: Develop and implement Quality Control Plans (QCP) and procedures for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS). •System Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections and internal audits to verify that work adheres to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturer guidelines. •Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to commercial building codes, ISO standards, or federal/Department of Defense (DoD) contract specifications. •Defect Tracking: Identify non-conformances, lead root-cause analyses, and enforce effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). •Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with project managers, subcontractors, and clients or government representatives to communicate quality expectations and resolve discrepancies.
