And that’s how we create better together. •Reports To Manager, Quality Assurance •Bracing and Supports •Administer and maintain the site training program, ensuring employee training records are current and compliant with QMS requirements. •Coordinate training assignments, track completion, and support training effectiveness evaluations. •Partner with department leads to ensure training needs are identified and addressed. •Update, revise, and maintain controlled procedures, work instructions, and quality documents. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. •High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or relevant certification preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100). •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection data. •Proficiency with inspection tools, techniques, and basic non‑destructive examination methods. •Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. •Demonstrated ability to lead or guide quality inspectors and support adherence to SOPs and standard work. •Effective interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, collaboration, and active listening. •Demonstrated capacity to train others and support team development. •Self‑starter capable of working independently and maintaining confidentiality.
