Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support LQCE in reviewing, tracking, and trending nonconforming conditions and assist with documenting follow-up actions based on identified trends. •Assist the Construction PBQ Site Lead with proactive quality activities, including quality walks, field observations, coaching moments, lessons learned, and reinforcement of right-the-first-time quality behaviors. •Interface directly with Field Engineering, supervision, and third-party inspectors to help verify work package and inspection readiness, identify gaps before formal inspection, and support timely resolution of quality-related questions or issues. •Demonstrated capacity to work with multidiscipline teams to help identify quality issues, support root cause discussions, document proposed actions, and assist with timely resolution of nonconforming or suspect conditions. •Basic ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, standards, and procedures, inspection criteria and project-specific quality requirements. •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn project databases, dashboards, reporting tools, Visio, Power BI, or equivalent tools to support quality tracking, data analysis, and communication. •Must be a U.S Citizen. •Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check which includes verification of employment and education.
