Qualifications: •Active Top Secret security clearance. •Bachelor’s degree in quality management, logistics, supply chain management, business, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience conducting inspections, assessing performance against requirements, documenting findings, analyzing trends, developing corrective actions, and verifying corrective-action effectiveness. •Solid functional working knowledge of quality-control principles, including inspection planning, sampling, objective evidence, nonconformance documentation, root-cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action, and continuous improvement. •Solid functional working knowledge of Government property life-cycle management, including receipt, identification, records management, inventory, reconciliation, transfer, loss reporting, excess, and disposition. •Solid functional working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, FAR 45.502, DoD Instruction 5000.64, MDA Instruction 5000.64, DLA disposition procedures, MIL-STD-130, and related Government property-accountability requirements. •Solid functional working knowledge of OSHA requirements and warehouse safety practices, including forklift operations, hazardous-material handling, hazardous-waste awareness, storage safety, PPE, material-handling equipment, and incident reporting. •Demonstrated capacity to prepare clear inspection reports, quality records, data analyses, corrective-action plans, briefings, and recommendations for contractor and Government leaders. •Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
