Hiring: Quality Control Associate - 2nd Shift Company: BSN SPORTS Location: Greater Indianapolis Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 13:08:46 Employment Type: On-site About the job Required Skills: •Lead and oversee receiving the work orders, observing specifications and preparing and staging garments for Embroidery Operators. •Accurately counts and documents proper sizes and colors of garments are all present before staging items for Embroidery Operators. •Lead and oversee reporting all mechanical issues to their supervisor immediately. •Ensures work area is cleaned during their shift and before shift ends, including sweeping, leaving workstation organized, and emptying trash. Qualifications: •Exhibits quick learning, be detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance •Possesses the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors •Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time (8 hours minimally), repetitive movement of the body, lifting of no less than 5-35 lbs. on a regular basis and must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment (including seasonal exposure to heat and humidity).
