The successful candidate must reside within reasonable traveling distance of the communities assigned to the Southeast Minnesota Region. •Advise and support facility Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and clinical leaders regarding quality, compliance, and resident care practices. •Plan, develop, implement, assess, and improve clinical programs, policies, procedures, and quality initiatives. •Monitor compliance with federal and Minnesota requirements governing skilled nursing facilities. •Maintain current knowledge of CMS regulations, Minnesota nursing home requirements, nursing standards of practice, the Minimum Data Set, CMS Quality Measures, Minnesota Quality Indicators, reimbursement-related quality programs, and other applicable standards.
