Additional medical record reports, monitoring and tracking/trending of data required. These reviews may be used for: 1) supporting the organization’s performance improvement process by providing timely and accurate analysis of CBI healthcare data as well as other internal and external data sources; 2) identifying performance trends; and 3) prioritizing and recommending improvements through data-driven analysis. The Quality Audit Administrator plays a role in ensuring compliance with all State and Federal contractual requirements and accreditation standards regarding quality and performance improvement. Responsible for employing practices and performance that are complaint with the confidentiality regulations set forth by the Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Administrative Code, Arizona Department of Health Services/ Provider Manual, Arizona Office of Behavioral Health Licensure, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures •Skills/Requirements •Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BS in Healthcare Administration/Management/Clinical, or similar field) required.
