Qualifications: •Requires a high school diploma or GED. Technical training or coursework in quality assurance, manufacturing, or HVAC systems is preferred. •Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques. •Operational familiarity with mechanical and electrical components used in HVAC systems. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Effective communication and teamwork abilities. •Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office. •Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. •Essential Mental And Physical Functions •This role requires consistent focus, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
