Required Skills: •Conduct quality checks online and communicate results to production. •Document results, audits, and test results accurately •Aid in the communication and training of plant policies and programs. •Conduct and interpret lab tests. •Package and prepare samples for shipment third-party testing locations. •Respond to internal calls to answer technical product questions. •Perform laboratory computations to produce accurate data reports. •Conduct routine maintenance on all lab equipment. Qualifications: •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain a positive work attitude. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. •High level of organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to perform analytical and micro tests such that results agree with a standard and/or duplicate testing per a recognized laboratory. •Basic understanding of microbiology and familiarity with plating methods. •Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Prides itself on advancement opportunities for our current workforce to promote from within.
