This role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing QA team and strengthening testing practices, quality standards, and test automation across the organization’s products and initiatives. •This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on engagement. Qualifications: •Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, projects, initiatives, technical programs, or cross-functional technology efforts. •In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and defect management processes. •Applied hands-on capability in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports or similar platforms. •In-depth knowledge of software releases, deployment processes, application lifecycle management, and technology delivery practices. •Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for testing automation, process improvement, and increased testing efficiency. •Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across technical and business teams. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. •Demonstrated capacity to influence stakeholders and drive change across organizational boundaries. •High degree of accountability, ownership, initiative, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
