Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager Company: ARMRA® Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:06:23 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Quality Assurance, R, Regulatory Compliance, Root Cause Analysis About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the dietary supplement or food industry Required Skills: •Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations •Monitor and improve quality control processes of the contract manufacturers, including raw material testing, in-process inspections, and finished product evaluations •Ensure all products comply with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant industry standards •Oversee the quality of raw materials and finished products from suppliers, and address any quality agreements, as needed •Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality assurance activities, including investigations, product specifications and testing results •Identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and reduce defects •Monitor and address customer complaints related to product quality, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or a related field. •A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus •In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and GMP guidelines •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills •Proficiency in quality management systems and tools •Strong leadership and team management abilities •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
