Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Quality Management, or a related technical/STEM field. •Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing or technology-focused environment. •Prior experience as an ISO Lead Assessor •In-depth knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., pFMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Six Sigma, LEAN). •Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control. •Operational familiarity with industry standards and regulations. •Excellent leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with strong organizational skills and an ability to influence and lead change across different organizational levels. •Ability and willingness to travel, domestically and/or internationally, up to 30% based on business need, to supplier sites, customer locations, and Siemens facilities. •Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
