Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager Company: ALCOM LLC Location: Sioux Falls, SD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:04:07 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, AutoCAD, CAD, Cargo, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Root Cause Analysis About the job Experience: •5+ years in related field in a leadership role Required Skills: •Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Alcom's Quality Management System. •Establish quality standards, inspection criteria, auditing procedures, and process controls throughout manufacturing operations. •Ensure compliance with company quality requirements, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory standards. •Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Plans and Quality Control Plans for all product lines. •Lead internal quality audits and support external customer or regulatory audits. •Oversee incoming material inspections, fabrication inspections, welding inspections, assembly inspections, and final product inspections. •Develop standardized inspection processes and acceptance criteria. •Monitor quality trends and identify opportunities to improve workmanship, process consistency, and product reliability.
