Required Skills: •Manage and improve the quality management system. •Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and food safety standards. •Lead the QA/QC team and manage internal and external audits. •Drive continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives. •Monitor product quality, production processes, and customer requirements. •Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and reports. •Partner cross-functionally with production teams to improve product integrity and efficiency. •Support supplier and customer visits, training, and compliance activities. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. •Strong knowledge of BRC, ISO •Proven leadership, audit management, and continuous improvement experience. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software. •HACCP, PCQI, or Six Sigma certification is a plus. •Full-time, on-site position in Rocky Mount, VA. •Primarily office-based with frequent production-floor interaction. •Occasional travel for supplier or customer visits and training.
