Required Skills: •Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9000 standards. •Lead preparation for and participation in external ISO audits, including coordination with certification bodies and corrective action follow-up. •Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies, procedures, and performance metrics. •Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. •Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review. •Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality objectives. •Train and mentor employees on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred). •Direct experience participating in ISO 9000 external audits. •Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. •Excellent communication and leadership abilities. •Operational familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality data analysis tools. •This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires regular interaction with production, engineering, and management teams. The Quality Manager may occasionally travel to customer sites, suppliers, or audit locations as needed.
