Required Skills: •Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. •Actively facilitate and support growth and development of team members through coaching, feedback, and technical mentorship. •Help evolve the QA organization toward modern quality engineering and automation-first practices. •Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated testing frameworks across UI, API, and backend systems. •Drive increased automation coverage for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. •Champion modern testing practices, including CI/CD-integrated automation, shift-left testing, and test data management. •Partner with development teams to improve testability, reliability, and overall software quality. •Partner cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA teams to translate requirements into comprehensive test plans and automated test scenarios. Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. •Proven experience managing testing teams, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. •Strong hands-on experience with modern automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar. •Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent understanding of non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and security. •Effective leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. •Desirable knowledge includes experience in the insurance industry, familiarity with Jira, and exposure to DevOps practices.
