Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager -- Aerospace Manufacturing Company: Teksky LLC Location: Bridgeport, CT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:00:24 Employment Type: Contract / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Quality Assurance About the job Experience: •3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience •3+ years of AS9100/IA9100 experience Required Skills: •Lead and develop the Quality team. •Maintain and improve the AS9100/IA9100 QMS •Ensure compliance with FAA PMA, DoD, customer, and regulatory requirements •Lead internal, customer, FAA, and government audits. •CAPA, root-cause analysis, MRB, NCRs, and supplier quality •Oversee inspections, documentation, traceability, and quality metrics. •Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
