Required Skills: •As Alsym scales from pilot-line production toward larger-volume manufacturing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced •Quality Assurance Team Lead to build and lead our quality systems, resources, and culture. •Quality Leadership & Strategy •Develop and execute the site quality strategy, building the QMS and QA/QC organization to support growth from pilot-scale to high-volume manufacturing. •Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, driving cross-functional quality initiatives across R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. •Establish a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence through team development, coaching, and strategic hiring. •Design, implement, and scale a fit-for-purpose QMS, including document control, change management, corrective action plans, audits, and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. •Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits while ensuring product safety, reliability, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or a related technical field. •On-site presence required at Alsym Energy's Massachusetts facility. •Demonstrated capacity to travel ~20% (domestically and internationally), to suppliers, customers, and partner sites. •ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certification preferred.
